The scarf turned out great. Seems like a serendipitous moment when you put those yarns together. And it is nice to have some knitting stashed away for gifts, too!

Poison ivy is awful! It seems that once you get it you are more likely to get it again. One would think it would do the opposite, sort of desensitize the victim. But I haven't found that to be the case. I guess Jake can't learn the old scout motto, "Leaves of three, let it be."

How nice, I love the scarf.
My husband gets poison ivy but over the years he reacts less to it. There isn;t much around ehre but the cabin has lots and in our efforts to abate it he got a few exposures. The rest of us are not allergic than goodness. Even my allergic kid Mike! Go figure. I wish there was some advice to offer about Jake. What a quandary.

Very pretty scarf! Good job on putting all those yarns together! Green is my favourite colour too.

Sorry to hear about the poison ivy. It does sound incredibly unpleasant. =(

Love the scarf, but you knew I would, as I have the moss on the trail scarf, No calamine needed for that one.
The felted clogs are knit on circulars, very easy, there is a lot of counting, after you get started I didn't count as much, you can tell where the decreases should be. They are fun, I can scan the pattern and send it to you if you want.

OOOO, Marie! That scarf is scrumptious!!! You have such a great creative mind to put those three together and come up with a fantastic look. Someone will be very blessed this holiday season!
Bummer to hear about the poison ivy tho. I have never been in contact with it, but it does not sound like one bit of fun. :( Hang in there!

The scarf is fantastic! Lucky girl who will get that. It's very fun to combine yarns and create a new yarn all your own! The poison ivy on dog fur is a problem. Just wash your hands everytime you pet/brush him and that might help. Hard to remember to do I know.
